COLLINS, BRIAN P., 59, of Providence St., West Warwick, passed at Kent Hospital, after several years of chronic illness, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, February 10, 2018. He was the fiancé of the late Deborah L. White-Brown. Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late Edward A. and Cecile I. (Fecteau) Collins.
Brian attended Coventry High School. He was a dedicated New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. Brian was an accomplished Billiards and Dart player. He participated in several area leagues, winning many accolades and trophies.
He was the brother of Susan J. Edwards, Peg Lavoie, both of Coventry, Edward A. Collins of West Greenwich, Greg R. Collins of Portland, Oregon, and Dot Nagel of Foster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm with a Memorial Service at 2:30 pm in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117) Coventry. In lieu of flowers, Brian’s family ask only that you do something kind for someone in Brian’s memory for this is how he lived his life.
