ERNEST L. NOLETTE

NOLETTE, Ernest L., 74, of Washington St., passed away with his children by his side  on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital.

Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Lionel and Angelina (Charbonneau) Nolette.

Ernest worked at Clariant Corporation, formerly Hoechst Chemical, in Coventry for 35 years before retiring in 2005.  A fun loving, full of whit family man, Ernest would give anyone the shirt off his back and made positive impacts on everyone he met.

He is survived by his loving children, Nathan Nolette, residing in West Warwick and originally from Coventry, Alicia Secone of Coventry, and her former husband Daniel Secone; his longtime best friend Lisa Ruzzo of Coventry, with whom his special bond was like family; his sister, Doris Geoffrey of West Warwick; his two beloved grandchildren, Ian and Ella Secone of Coventry and his former wife, Rosalie (Centracchio) Greco.  He was the brother of the late Claire (Burdick) Methot.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday evening from 5-7 pm in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117), Coventry.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, just as Ernest did throughout his life, donations in his name to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. iannottifh.com
