JOSEPH R. PERRY

PERRY, JOSEPH R., 90, of Elm St., West Warwick, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at the Kingston Center in Exeter. Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Mary A. Perry.

Joseph was employed at the Engineered Yarns in Coventry for over 20 years where he was a Supervisor in the warehouse and shipping department before retiring. Joseph, a WWII US Army veteran, enlisted in the armed services at the age of 18. He worked as a cook in both the Officers’ and non-officers’ mess hall.  Joseph was a life communicant of St. Anthony Church. He was a member of the PASC.

Joseph is survived by his relatives David M. Casimiro and Cynthia E. Hinrichs. He was a relative of the late Bertina Casimiro.

A visiting hour will be Friday morning, December 29, 2017 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Anthony Church. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery.
