Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mom. I am very saddened to hear this news. I fondly remember how wonderful your mom was to me, so many years ago. She always welcomed me to your home and made me feel special, important and comfortable. I have never forgotten, after all these years. Both of your parents were always kind, generous and caring to me. I hope your many memories will comfort you during this difficult time as well as in the future.
