REINETTE DORIS (DeTONNANCOURT) ANDERSON

ANDERSON, REINETTE D. (DeTONNANCOURT), 82, of Cindy Lane, passed peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the Riverview Healthcare Community. She was the wife of Robert C. Anderson for 60 years. Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Anita (Payette) DeTonnancourt.

Reinette graduated from West Warwick High School and earned a Licensed Practical Nursing degree. She was employed at Kent Hospital for several years. Reinette was an accomplished Christian song writer and singer, sharing her gift with her church family.   She also entertained at several area nursing homes for many years. Reinette loved sharing the Gospel with all. She also enjoyed woodcarving, gifting many of her creations to people she met. Reinette also enjoyed performing Country and Western music.

She is survived by her daughter Roberta A. Farley and her husband John of Coral Springs, Florida; her son Gregg R. Anderson and his wife Sharon of Warwick; her son Brian C. Anderson and his wife Michelle; and her son Glenn E. Anderson and his wife Tammie, all of Coventry. Reinette had ten grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Raymond and Edward DeTonnancourt.

Her Funeral Service will be Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte.117) Coventry. Interment in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery.  Visiting hours Monday 4 - 7 pm.
