BACHE, RUSSELL G., 73, of Tiogue Ave., West Warwick, passed away at RI Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, November 18, 2017. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Harold R. and Mary Ann “Oria” (Barber) Bache.

Russell was co-owner and operator of the former Arctic Roofing Company. More recently, Russell was employed at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum at Foxwoods in Ledyard, CT.

Russell enjoyed the New England professional sports teams, especially the Bruins and Patriots.

He was the father of Kerrie A. Crimmins and David R. Bache, both of Coventry. Russell was the brother of Kathy S. “Doll” Slezak and her husband Peter of Swansea, MA., and the late Ronald W. “Jake” Bache. He was former husband of Nancy M. (Sawyer) Scavitti of Coventry. He was the grandfather of Ryan K. Bertrand, Lindsay M. Bertrand, Andrew F. Crimmins III, and David A. Bache. Russell was the great-grandfather of Brooke A. Kingsborough. Russell was the uncle of Dean Slezak and Brett J. Bache.

At Russell’s request, his funeral services will be private.  Arrangements are with the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, Coventry.
