CLAIRE SALISBURY Obituary

SALISBURY, CLAIRE, passed away peacefully at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence on Thursday, April 4, 2024. She was the wife of the late Arthur B. Salisbury, who predeceased Claire in 1994. 

 

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George and Doris (MacDonald) Card. 

 

Claire was the loving mother of Richard Card of Coventry, Wayne Salisbury, his wife Barbara, of Cranston, Kathy Olink of Florida, and Kim Salisbury of West Warwick. Grandmother of Richard, Scott, Stacey, Alicia, Adrienne, and Kayla; great grandmother of Jasmine, Christina, Kyra, Cooper, and Shae; great great grandmother of Robert. She was the sister of the late George Card, Raymond Card, Doris Jervis, Barbara Orlando, and Donald Card. Claire is also survived by her loving companion of 36 years, Leonard A. Bouchard. 

 

Claire's legacy of love, and her passion for music will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. May she rest in peace.

 

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 10:30 AM - 12:00 (Noon), with a Funeral Service at 12:00 PM (Noon) in the Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington Street (ROUTE 117), Coventry. Burial and Committal Prayers to follow  at Greenwood Cemetery, Coventry.
