DOLORES A. (DERMO) PIMENTAL

PIMENTAL, DOLORES A. (DERMO) 89, of Ledgemont Court, West Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Greenwood Healthcare Center in Warwick. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Pimental. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Alderico and Pasqualina (Carrara) Dermo.

Dolores, a resident of West Warwick most of her life, was employed as a sales clerk for many years at the former Jordan Marsh Department Store in Warwick. Dolores belonged to the Portuguese Cultural Society.

She was the mother of Francis J. Pimental and his wife Christine of Coventry, Lori I. Macaione and her husband Tony of Davie, Florida and the late Susan T. Flynn and her husband Earl F. Flynn of Warwick. She was the grandmother of Evan Pimental, Shanan Williams, Cassondra Macaione and Nicolas Macaione; great-grandmother of Colin, Hadley and Reid. Dolores was the sister of Peter R. Dermo and his wife Kathleen of Warwick and the late Joan Cimini. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Visiting hour will be Monday morning, July 30, 2018  from 8:00 am to 9:00 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte. 117) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in Christ the King Church, 124 Legris Ave., West Warwick, RI.
