ELEANOR D. (SULLIVAN) FILLO

FILLO, ELEANOR D. (SULLIVAN) age 101, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Alpine Nursing Home in Coventry. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur E. Fillo in 1994.  Born in Providence on November 24, 1917, she was a daughter of the late James and Katherine (Callan) Sullivan.

Eleanor enjoyed spending time with her family, playing golf, cards, bowling, and baking pies for her family and friends, especially for the Holidays.

Eleanor was the mother of Arthur E. Fillo Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Coventry, Katherine A. DelBarone and her husband Edmund of Coventry, Paul E. Fillo and his wife Maryann of West Greenwich,and Gregory A. Fillo and his wife Barbara of South Kingstown.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Eleanor was the sister of the late Joseph, James, Mary Sullivan, Margaret Capasso and Rita Keenan.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd. (Rte.3) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in Our Lady of Czenstochowa Church. Interment at Notre Dame Cemetery in West Warwick.
