EVELYN M. (CATALLOZZI) HAREL

HAREL, EVELYN, M. (CATALLOZZI) 91, of New London Turnpike, Coventry, passed on Monday, April 30, 2018 at RI Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Roland B. Harel in 1992. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Rocco and Maria (Gallo) Catallozzi. 

Evelyn was a supervisor at the former Phenix Assembly for over 25 years before retiring. She previously was employed in the Jewelry Industry. Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, routing for the New England sports teams, and watching Soap Operas. Evelyn belonged to the Holy Ghost Society.

Evelyn was the mother of Roland A. Harel and his wife Lori A. Harel, RN, Alfred H. Harel and his wife Leslie A. Harel RN, all of Coventry. Evelyn was the grandmother of Kerri L. (Keith) Collette RN, Erik (Emily) Harel, Daniel Harel, Kert (Melissa) Harel and Alyssa (Eric) Shelters; great-grandmother of Rowan, Cole, Abraham and Kevin. She was the sister of Raymond Catallozzi of Warwick, and the late Ralph, Vincent Catallozzi and Rose Lyman.

Visiting hours will be Friday morning, May 4, 2018 from 8:00 am to 9:30 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte. 117) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in  Our Lady of Czenstochowa Church, Coventry. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Warwick.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital            ( www.stjude.org) will be appreciated.
