FLORENCE M. (Levesque) DUBOIS

DUBOIS, Florence M. (Levesque), 83, of Arnold Rd., passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of 61 years to Francis G. Dubois. 

Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Anna (LeBeuf) Levesque. 

A member of Saint Jude’s Parish in Lincoln, RI for many years, where she taught CCD classes and attended Sunday services. In addition to caring for her family, she enjoyed working in her flower gardens, receiving admiration for the beauty of her yard. She enjoyed watching the birds that visited her many birdhouses and feeders year round. A talented seamstress, she made beautiful quilts and dolls for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as clothing. 

Besides her husband, she leaves her loving children, David Dubois and his wife Geriann of Erie, CO, Paul Dubois and his wife Denise of Gloucester, VA, Marion Little and her husband Joe of South Kingstown, Mary Hackett and her husband Mark of Myrtle Beach, SC, Francine Butler of Germantown, MD and Donald Dubois and his wife Jeannie of Salem, VA; two sisters, Doris Bedwell of South Yarmouth, MA and Helene Chutjian of Alexandria, VA; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was a sister of the late Roger Levesque and Claire Miller. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117), Coventry, with a Funeral Service at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142 would be appreciated.
