GUY MAURICE GAGNIER

GAGNIER, GUY M., 86, of Windsor Park Dr., Coventry, passed at Kent Hospital on Thursday, May 31, 2018. He was the husband of Marjorie E. (Duquette) Gagnier for 63 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Guy and Anna (Caron) Gagnier. Guy was the father of Ray Gagnier, Linda Gagnier, Paul Gagnier; father-in-law of Linda, and grandfather of Paul J. Gagnier. Guy was the brother of Jean McWilliams, Muriel Derosier and the late Ann Mullery.

Guy was a Sergeant in the US Army serving in the Korean War. He was a Cartographer at the Defense Mapping Agency for 30 years before retiring in 1985. He also had a part time floor cleaning business. Guy became a hypnotherapist with the Southern NE School of Hypnosis in May of 1979. Guy liked to solve crossword puzzles in his spare time.

His Funeral will be Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 9:00 am from the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte. 117) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Vincent de Paul Church. Interment with military honors in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery.  Visiting hours Tuesday 4 - 7 pm.
