Dad, I’ll pray for you, you are now with God. Our relationship was distant over the years but I’m grateful for our recent conversations. I would not have this blessed life if you did not bring me into the world. I’m blessed with a loving husband, have experienced the joy of motherhood and now have healthy beautiful grandchildren. I believe children receive traits from their parents...I find you have left me your mark of strength, my ability to voice my opinion, my confidence, my persistence in accomplishing tasks, and always wanting things in order. You were strict and tough -perhaps due to your own childhood, but always provided for us. Rest in Peace... I will pray for your soul.
