MICHELLE M. (HORNER) SANTAGATA

SANTAGATA, MICHELLE M. (HORNER) 50 of Warwick, passed away, at home surrounded by her loving family Sunday, May 12, 2019.  Born in Warwick she was the daughter of Paul Alfred Horner and Jeanne Marie Beaulieu. She leaves behind her loving sons Andrew and Matthew Santagata.

Michelle was a beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend.  

Besides her parents and her sons, she is also survived by her maternal grandmother Geraldine Mary Beaulieu, a sister Patricia Skorohod and her husband Greg, a brother Kevin P. Horner and his wife Lindsay, her step mother Linda S. Horner, 2 step brothers Roger Beaulieu and his wife Sherry and Greg Beaulieu and his wife Andrea, a step sister Kristen Beaulieu and her significant other Timothy Garthwaite as well as many nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by Andy J. Santagata, the father of Andrew and Matthew.   

Visitation will be Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 4-7 pm at IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington Street (Rte.117), Coventry.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, May 17 at 10 am at St. Joseph Church, West Warwick.  Interment will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michelle’s name to the Hope Hospice and Palliative Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI  02904-9826. iannottifh.com
