PAUL R. MATTESON

MATTESON, Paul R., 61, of Washington St., Coventry, passed away at home on Sunday, September 22, 2019 with his family by his side.

Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late Raymond J. and Beverly Ann (Bodeau) Matteson.

Paul was an awesome father and grandfather.  His Family came first even while fighting with cancer. Paul  loved hiking and nature as well as cooking, writing poetry, and drawing.  Paul was very involved during Holidays, Birthdays, and spending  time with his loved ones.  He will be forever missed by his friends and family. 

He is survived by two sons, Jonathan P. Matteson and his fiance Hollie of Cranston and Joshua B. Matteson of North Kingstown and five grandchildren, Dylan Aubin, Jaxon Bennett, James, Ivy and Lilly Wright.  He was the father of the late Melissa Beth Matteson.
