THELMA M. (LEWIS) ANDRADE

ANDRADE, THELMA M. (LEWIS) 86, of Jackson Flat Rd., Hope, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the Coventry Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Joseph L. Andrade in 2009. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Frank Lewis Sr.

Thelma had been employed at the Foxwoods Casino Bingo Hall for over fifteen years.

She enjoyed taking leisurely rides with her husband Joseph, in his antique automobiles, and travelling.

She was the mother of Joseph Andrade III of Hope. Thelma was the sister of Eileen O'Shea of Johnston, and the late Frank Lewis Jr. and “Buddy” Lewis.

Visitation will be Tuesday morning, November 26, 2019 from 9 to 10 am with a Service at 10 am in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd., (Rte.3) Coventry. Interment at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Providence will be private.  iannottifh.com
