BARBARA ANN (ST.JEAN) TANNER-CHADWICK

CHADWICK, BARBARA ANN (ST.JEAN) 88, of Roberts Street, West Warwick, passed on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at the South County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in North Kingstown. She was the wife of the late Joseph Chadwick and the late Donald S. Tanner.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Rose (Gaffney) St. Jean.

Barbara graduated from Coventry High School in 1950. Barbara was employed as a bookkeeper at the former Artistic Silver Company and the former Valley Wholesale Company. Barbara enjoyed card playing, reading, and board games. She was a member and a past treasurer of the West Warwick Manor Tenants Association.

She was the mother of Michael A. Tanner of North Kingstown, Donna L. Langevin of West Warwick, and Debra A. Carroll and her husband Robert of Johnston. Barbara was the sister of Richard St. Jean and his wife Betty of California, and the late Norman, Louis and Raymond St. Jean. Barbara is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A visiting hour will be Tuesday morning, June 29, 2021 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am with a Service at 10 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte.117) Coventry.
