BEVERLY ANN (JORDON) JACQUES

JACQUES, BEVERLY A., (JORDON) 93, of Pilgrim Avenue, Coventry, passed away at Kent Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 22, 2025. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph R. “Ronnie” Jacques in 2016. Born in Warwick, RI, she was a daughter of the late Edgar S. and Doris A. (LaFluer) Jordon.

Beverly was the loving mother of Dana J. Jacques and his wife Marge Renner of Eddington, Maine, Craig R. Jacques of Coventry and the late Donna J. Belanger. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beverly was the sister of the late Sandra Soares and David Jordon.

Beverly graduated from the former Lockwood High School in Warwick. She went on to employment at the former Hope Fish Netting Company and later office work at the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company in East Providence. More recently, Beverly was employed as a secretary at Kent Hospital, retiring in 2001. Beverly, as well as her late husband, were dedicated parishioners of St. Vincent de Paul Church. She was a Eucharistic Minister and a Lector, serving the Parish until just recently. Beverly, was a member of the Ladies Guild at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Beverly also volunteered her ministries at Kent Hospital. She enjoyed playing Bingo and also shopping.

Her funeral will be Friday, October 10, 2025 at 8:45 am from the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd., (95/exit 18/Rte.3) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Vincent de Paul Church, 6 St. Vincent de Paul St., Coventry, RI 02816. Interment at Notre Dame Cemetery in West Warwick. Visiting hours will be on Thursday evening October 9, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
