CARL E. CARY Sr.

CARY Sr., CARL E., 87, of Coventry, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 13, 2021. He was the beloved husband of 64 years to Judith A. (Phelps) Cary. He was born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Lawson M. Sr. and Hazel (Kenny) Cary.  

Carl served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion. He retired from Hoechst Celanese in 1994. 

Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter Carol Berthiaume of West Warwick, Carl Jr. and his wife Janet of West Warwick, Dwayne, and his wife Maria, of Pawtucket. He was the brother of Audrey Schmid of Exeter. Brother of the late Lawson Cary Jr, Alan Cary, and Laureen Denton. Grandfather of eight and great grandfather of eleven.

Visiting hours, while observing Social Distance Guidelines, will be held Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM in the Iannotti Funeral Home at 415 Washington St. (RTE 117), Coventry, RI.
