CAROLE M. (MACKIN) KNIGHT

KNIGHT, Carole M. (Mackin), 80, of Weaver Hill Rd., passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Wingate on Blackstone Boulevard in Providence.  She was the beloved wife of 59 years to Earl P.” Joe “ Knight.

Carole graduated from Rhode Island Hospital Nursing School in 1958, first in her class, and practiced for two years before starting Knights Garage in 1960 with her husband Earl “Joe” Knight.

Besides her husband, she leaves her loving children, Shelley Knight and her husband Jim Clark of Cranston, John T. Knight of West Greenwich and Heather J. Knight of West Greenwich.  She was the sister of the late Everett, George and Leonard Mackin.

Visitation will be held Friday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117), Coventry, with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will be private for the family.
