CHERIE M. SACCOCCIO

SACCOCCIO, CHERIE M., 57, of Warwick, passed away on April 11, 2026 with  her loving family by her side at Kent Hospital, Warwick. Cherie was the beloved wife of Joseph E. Walker.

Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of Virginia (Reubendunst) Saccoccio and the late Marcello J. Saccoccio. 

Always a hardworker, Cherie began her career at Wal-Mart in the mid 1990s where her positive attitude and friendly personality led her to a position in management. Cherie met her husband, Joe, in 1989, and the two were wed in Las Vegas in 2003.  

When Cherie wasn’t working she looked forward to spending time with her daughter, Taylor May. Whether at Cheerleading Competitions or shopping trips, Taylor May was the light of Cherie’s life.   

Besides her loving husband Joe, Cherie is survived by her cherished daughter, Taylor May Walker. Cherie was the loving sister of Robert “Bobby” Saccoccio, Paul Saccoccio, Carl Saccoccio, Kevin Saccoccio, and the late Christopher Saccoccio. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, coworkers and friends.
