DAVID ALBERT DYSON, JR.

DYSON JR., DAVID A., 73, of Coventry, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, July 12, 2025. Born in Providence and raised in Pawtucket he was a son of the late David A. Dyson Sr. and Claire J. (Diggett) Dyson.

David graduated from high school, and then went on to attend RI Junior College. He was employed for over 35 years in the printing industry. He worked as a printer, a cutter, a press operator to eventually achieving print shop manager before retiring. 

David was a true audiophile. He loved Classic Rock music from the 1960’s and 1970’s. One of his favorites was the British rock band Dave Clark Five.

David was the beloved father of Jennifer Metz of East Providence. He was the brother of Timothy S. Dyson of Warwick and Russell J. Dyson of Pawtucket. He was the uncle of Melanie Dyson and Andrew Dyson. David also leaves his best friend Steven Rivard and his daughter Nico.
