DAVID DiPADUA Obituary

DIPADUA, DAVID J., 55, of Warwick, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Born in Warwick, he was a beloved son of the late Domenic and Ellen (Salvas) DiPadua.
David attended West Warwick High School before beginning his career as an automobile salesperson. He quickly grew in the business holding various management positions until he settled into the finance sector of the
industry. Health issues forced him into an early retirement last year. David was known by his customers for always going the extra mile, his generous and selfless demeanor, and the ability to draw friends and family in with his magnetic personality. David enjoyed sports, especially football; he was a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins.
David exemplified what a devoted son can be. He and his mother enjoyed spending many Saturday nights going out to dinner and the casino after the untimely death of his father. His life revolved around making her happy, and when her health failed, David then became her primary caregiver. He was a caring person and the first to lend a helping hand to the elderly, or anyone in need. He lived life by his own rules, his own clock, and was surely taken too soon.
David was the brother of Domenic Jay DiPadua, Nancy Dion, and Laurie DiPadua. He was the loving uncle of Neil Dion, Nathaniel Dion, Domenic Dion, and Jessica DiPadua. He will also be missed by his companion Elaine Marcia Roffo.

Due to the current restrictions, burial and committal prayers at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick, were private. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Notice will be given.
