DAVID W. JOHNSON

JOHNSON, DAVID W., 84, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 6, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Sandra R. (Fickett) Johnson. 

Born in New Brunswick, Canada, David was a son of the late David D. and Grace L. (MacIntosh) Johnson. 

Traversing countless miles and always having a strong work ethic, David worked throughout his life as a Long-haul truck Driver. He was an avid sports fan and David was a lifelong fan of the Chicago Bears and was the #1 fan of the Boston Celtics. Above all, time spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren is what he loved most.  

Besides his dear wife, Sandra, David is survived by his children, Jason Johnson, Allen Landry, Troy Landry, Anthony Dill, Devron Dill, and the late Debbie Johnson. He was the loving grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 12. He was the brother of the late Ann Johnson.
