DEBORAH A. (BRUEN) PHILLIPS

DEBORAH A. PHILLIPS, 72, of West Greenwich, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Kent Hospital, Warwick.

Born in Providence, Deborah was a daughter of the late Daniel and Dora (Cottrell) Bruen.

With her bright mind and strong work ethic, Deborah had a successful career in the securities industry, before meeting the love of her life, Jack. The couple enjoyed travelling the United States, making memories all along the way. Deborah was also a talented cook and loved making delicious meals for her family and friends. Her warm personality and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew her.  

Deborah was preceded in death by her late husband, Jack Phillips. She was the sister of Gail Robert of West Greenwich, Diane Grimley of East Greenwich, Peter Bruen of Wakefield, and the late Robert Bruen.
