JORDAN, DEBRA J., 61, of West Greenwich, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
Born in Warwick, Debra was the daughter of the late Tom and Betty Jordan.
Debra spent her career as a Vehicle Operator for RPE Waste Services INC., where she made lasting relationships with coworkers and customers throughout the years. She enjoyed playing billiards, taking great care of her pets throughout her life. Above all, she will be remembered for her fierce independence and her unconditional love for her children and grandchildren.
Debra is survived by her children, Bethany Whelan, her husband Billy, of Coventry, Lisa Pella, her husband Nick, of Cranston, Michelle Jordan, her significant other Danny, of Massachusetts, Joe Gelsomino, his wife Noel, of Warwick, and Taylor Jordan of West Greenwich. Adoring grandmother of Kylie, Billy, Eli, Nathan, Macie, Jaxon, and Emily. Dear sister of Tom Jordan, his wife Eve, Rich Jordan, his wife Janet, the late Dave Jordan, his wife Helen, and Crystal Moore, her wife Jodi, of Massachusetts. Debra was also the loving step daughter and friend of the late Joanne (Holmes) Jordan. She is also survived by her beloved canine companions, Joey and Pita, and her grandpuppy, Scrappy.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Road (ROUTE 3), Coventry, RI. Family and friends are invited to share memories of Debra at 6:30 PM.
