DIANE WRAGG Obituary

Diane Wragg, 75, of Coventry, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2023 at home.  She was the beloved wife of fifty-seven years to Richard A. Wragg.

 

Born in Coventry on November 14, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Cecile (St. Jean) Tellier.

 

Diane was raised in Coventry and was a graduate of Coventry High School, Class of 1965. 

 

Throughout the years, Diane was employed at the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center, the Arc Rhode Island in Cranston, the Cranston Rehabilitation Center and the Pawtuxet Valley Pharmacy until retiring over twenty years ago.  She was also a volunteer at the RI Special Olympics and enjoyed spending time with her family.  In her earlier years, Diane was an avid horseback rider and enjoyed taking care of the horses in her earlier years.


 

In addition to her beloved husband, Diane is survived by a daughter:  Tamara Lee Wragg of Coventry; two sisters:  Teri Paul of West Warwick and Becky Paul of Warwick; a brother: Tracy Paul of Pawtucket; three cherished grandchildren:  Kailley Marillo of Glens Falls, NY, Janielle Laurent of Warwick and Jacob Charboneau of West Warwick; three great-grandchildren:  Isabella, Charlotte and Maeve Marillo; and three foster children:  Barbarba, Cristine and Diane Goulet.

 

Diane was the beloved mother of the late Michelle Lee Wragg and sister of the late Robert Read.

 

At the request of the family, all funeral services are respectfully private.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
