Dr. Wallace E. Gonsalves Jr., 79, of Warwick, and formerly Jerusalem, RI, passed away unexpectedly at Rhode Island Hospital on Sunday, April 11, 2021.

“Gone But Never Forgotten.”

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 10:00 AM in St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick. Burial will be private. Arrangements by Iannotti Funeral Home.
