EDWARD FRANK BJORKLUND

BJORKLUND, EDWARD F., age 60, of Winthrop Avenue, West Warwick, unexpectedly passed away at home, on Monday, November 18, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Linda L. (LaFountain) Bjorklund for 15 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Frank E. And Eleanor E. (Corey) Bjorklund.

Edward was employed in the Housekeeping Department at the West View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in West Warwick for the past 30 years. As a pastime, Edward enjoyed rebuilding and restoring his 1970 Chevrolet Impala.

He was the father of Joseph C. Kling and his wife Sashily, of Florida, John P. Kling and his wife Kari of Maine, and James H. Kling and his wife Caitlin of Ohio. Edward is also survived by nine grandchildren. He was the brother of Virginia Theriault, James Bjorklund and the late Joseph Bjorklund.

His Funeral Service will be Friday, November 22, 2019 at 10:00 am in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd., (Rte.3), Coventry. Interment at Saint Ann Cemetery in Cranston. Visiting hours are Thursday evening from 4 – 7 pm.  iannottifh.com
