EDWARD F. DUCHESNEAU

DUCHESNEAU, EDWARD F., 85, of Coventry, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. He was the loving husband of 25 years to Lucille M. (Burgio) Duchesneau.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Allen and Ernestine (Whitford) Duchesneau. 

Before his retirement, Edward worked for twenty years as the Warehouse Supervisor for Airhart Electric, Inc. in Coventry, RI. He previously worked as a custodian at Coventry High School. In Ed’s spare time, he simply enjoyed spending quality time with his family. 

Besides his loving wife, Edward leaves behind a step daughter, Donna Giorgio and her husband Henry Giorgio, a step son, Richard Gulec, his nephews Robert and Joseph DiBiasio and three grandchildren, Michael Gulec, Kayla Gulec and Lauren Giorgio. He was the brother of the late Allen Duchesneau and Patricia DiBiasio; step brother to the late Irene Butler and Ernest Manera. 

Visiting hours will be held Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 8:00 am - 9:30 am in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington Street (ROUTE 117), Coventry, RI.  A Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am followed by Military Honors in Our Lady of Czenstochowa Church, 445 Washington Street, Coventry. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Providence.
