EDWARD J. DUHAMEL

DUHAMEL, EDWARD J., 57, of Warwick, passed away at Kent Hospital, on January 1, 2021. Born in Providence. Eddy was the adoring husband of 31 years to Dolores M. (DiLorenzo) Duhamel. He was a son of the late Joseph E. Duhamel and Emma J. (Baccaire) Martin.

A self-employed painter, Eddy was the owner and operator of “An Expert Painting Company.”  A uniquely charismatic man, he made lasting impressions upon everyone he met. 

He was the proud father of Edward Paul Duhamel, of Boston, MA.

Eddy is survived by his sister Debra (Smith) Martin, of Florida; Joseph E. Duhamel, Jr., of Cranston; Michelle Duhamel, of Johnston; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; many cousins;  and countless friends. 

He was preceded in death by his sister Annie Smith.

Visiting hours, while observing Social Distance Guidelines, will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (RTE 117), with a mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM (NOON) at SS John and Paul Church, 341 South Main St., Coventry. Burial at St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Edward’s name to his family would be appreciated. iannottifh.com
