OSTROWSKY, EDWARD A. Jr., 82, of Coventry, passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife of 42 years, Eileen (Grandchamp) Ostrowsky by his side on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Edward A. and Ethel G (Doxey) Ostrowsky.

After returning home from the battlefield, Ed worked various jobs, from a salesman at a sporting goods store, a commercial tractor trailer truck driver, and was also an artistic stone mason. He enjoyed salt water fishing, extensive traveling with his wife Eileen, and was naturally creative throughout his life. He will be sorely missed.
Besides his dear wife Eileen, Edward is survived by his children, Lori Archer (Bob) of Florida, Donna Bottella of Maine, Edward Ostrowsky of Massachusetts, Robert Thomas (Debbie) of Rhode Island, Joy Pizarro (Roy) and Dawn Hankey, both of Rhode Island. Edward is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings. He is also survived by his dear friend, Bill Spano.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the main entrance of the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:30 AM. Committal prayers and military funeral honors will commence at 11:00 AM in the cemetery chapel. Arrangements by the Iannotti Funeral Home.
