ELEANOR ANDREWS

WEST WARWICK- Eleanor M. Andrews, 87, of West Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the devoted and dear wife to William Andrews, Sr.

Born on January 26, 1935, in New Bedford, she was one of five children born to the late Clifford and Edith (Jones) Haskell.

For many years, Eleanor worked in the retail industry at K-Mart.

In her spare time Eleanor liked sewing, researching her family tree, and solving puzzles. She had a strong love for her cats and she thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Eleanor is survived her two children: William Andrews, Jr. and Cynthia M. Andrews and her companion, James Barone; her three grandchildren: Samantha Andrews, Nicholas Andrews, and Anthony Moniz.

Eleanor is predeceased by her son: Michael B. Andrews; and her siblings: Agnes M. Dupuis, Clifford F. Haskell, Jr., Shirley Brule, and her step-brother: Albert Lachapell.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for a procession at the main entrance of Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, 301 South Country Trail, Exeter on the morning of Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 11:15 AM for Eleanor’s Committal Service, which is scheduled for 11:30 AM in the chapel.
