ERNEST A. JACOLUCCI

JACOLUCCI, ERNEST A., 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center of Rhode Island. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Arthur and Cora (Beaudet) Jacolucci.  

Ernest graduated as Valedictorian from the RI School for the Deaf, where he learned his lifelong trade as cabinet maker and craftsman. He was a long time member of the National Association of the Deaf, and a proud member of the Carpenters Union Local #84. He resided in Warwick, RI most of his life.

He was the loving father of Mark Jacolucci, and his wife Ann Marie, of Coventry, and Lori R. Jacolucci and her partner Thomas McGreevy, of Coventry. Ernest was the loving grandfather of Robert Kelley, Thomas O’Dowd, Taryn Jacolucci, and Alyssa Jacolucci. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Krystal Kelley.  He also has a great grandson, Parker Laurenzana.   He is survived by Mildred Jacolucci, Mother of his children. 

A visiting hour, while observing Social Distance Guidelines, will be held Tuesday, March 2, 2021 from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Road (RTE 3), Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Saints John & Paul Church, 341 South Main St., Coventry. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ernest’s memory to the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RISPCA.com), would be appreciated.
