ESTELLE (LEVINE) MCGUIRK

MCGUIRK, ESTELLE (LEVINE) 73, of Robert Street, West Warwick, passed away at Kent Hospital on Sunday, January 23, 2022. She was predeceased by her husband William M. McGuirk on November 3, 2017. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Max and Marion (Zide) Levine.

Estelle graduated from Hope High School, class of 1966. She was employed as a bookkeeper for many years at her family’s business, the former G & M Home Heating Oil Company of Providence before retiring. Estelle, also operated a school bus in the Providence School System, for several years, one of the first female drivers at the time. Estelle enjoyed spending time at the beach and the family beach house, and taking long scenic drives.

She was the mother of William J. McGuirk and his fiance Crystal Erazo of Greene, and Wendy-Lynn McGuirk of West Warwick. Estelle was the grandmother of Robert, Kendra, Alexandra, Zachary, Aidan, Hannah and Liam McGuirk; and the great-grandmother of Robert, Raydn, Ryan, Mariylah and Logan. Estelle was the sister of Paul Levine of Cranston, Lou Levine of Warwick, Victor Levine of Massachusetts, Carl Levine of Woonsocket, and the late Nathan Levine.

Visiting hours will be on Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, with a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm for both Estelle and her late husband William, in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd., Coventry (Rte. 95, exit 6, Rte.3).  Please wear a mask.
