GARY D. BARNETT

BARNETT, GARY DONALD, 67, of Coventry, Rhode Island, died peacefully at home on Saturday, October 19th, 2024.  

Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Donald and Jacqueline (Lavoie) Barnett of Coventry, Rhode Island.

Gary loved riding motorcycles, admiring old cars, and spending time with his family. His laugh was contagious, and he maintained his great sense of humor throughout his life. He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Gary leaves behind his daughter Tara Barnett, of Colorado. He was the longtime partner of Karen Norman. Grandfather of Piper Allen; Brother of Gail (Barnett) Gendron, Glenn Barnett, and Gregg Barnett. Uncle to eight nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Gary’s life will be hosted by his family in Rhode Island this coming Summer (2025); details will be announced. Arrangements by the Iannotti Funeral Home.
