GEORGE E. LEMOIS

LEMOIS, GEORGE E., 66, of West Warwick, passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Kent Hospital, Warwick. 

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Theresa P. (Demers) Bisson, and her late husband, Richard Bisson Sr. 

A lifelong resident of West Warwick, George graduated from West Warwick High School and went on to complete his certifications in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. Truly an expert in his field, George worked for Vaughn Oil for over 20 years, and for Gem Plumbing and Heating for 8 years. Whether riding locally or road trips across the country with Roberta by his side, George loved the open air freedom of his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. In his spare time, George loved time spent with his family, especially if it was around a campfire. He will truly be missed.    

George is survived by his fiance Roberta A. Cennamo, and his loving daughters, Tiffany Hicks (Jake), Danielle Nicole Linton (Cecil), Julia Sterrett (Casey), and Marie Norris (Gabriel). George is survived by his 17 beloved grandchildren. He was the brother of Denise Chandler, Marie Whitfield, and Richard Bisson Jr. George is also survived by his stepson, Chris Cennamo, and many extended family members, and dear friends. 

Family and friends are invited to Visiting Hours on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with a Funeral Service to begin at 1:00 PM, in the Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington Street (ROUTE 117), Coventry. Burial is respectfully private.
