HAILEY S. McGEE

McGEE, HAILEY Shae,  12, of Coventry, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. 

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Keith and Cynthia (Lamb) McGee.  

Hailey is survived by six sisters, Kelly Herlihy and her husband Daniel, Katie DeBaggis and her husband Tony, Leah McGee and her fiancé Anthony Dyer, Denaija McGee, Larryn McGee and Emma McGee. Hailey loved and was so loved by her 5 nieces, Hannah, Kali, Abigail, Lilly and  Miley.  Hailey was so very lucky to be extraordinarily cared for by her nurse Sheila Cote Averill for 8 years. In her 12 short years Hailey touched the lives of so many people. She was a teacher to numerous nursing, physical, and occupational therapy students; welcoming them into her home as they learned from her and took with them the knowledge she bestowed for future experiences. Though Hailey could not communicate in the typical ways, she was still heard. Hailey was nothing but love and light with the brightest smile and such a contagious laugh. She is so loved and will be so incredibly missed.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Monday, May 23, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Noon), at the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Road (RTE 3), Coventry, RI 02816. Burial will be private.
