Obituary
Hollis H. Brown, Sr., 84, of West Warwick, passed away at home on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of sixty-five years to Irene J. (Lemieux) Brown.
Born in Cranston on January 21, 1939 he was the loving son of the late Howard E. and Josephine (Desimone) Brown.
Hollis was a self-employed auto mechanic. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding but especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his beloved wife, Hollis is survived by his children: Howard E. Brown, Robert L. Brown, Mark T. Brown, Joseph R. Brown, Michael G. Brown, Daniel P. Brown and Jeanne I. Facha.
He was the beloved grandfather of seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
He was the loving father of the late Hollis H. Brown, Jr., Joseph E. Brown and Roger A. Brown.
At the request of the family, all funeral services are respectfully private. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington Street, Route 117, Coventry, Rhode Island.
