JACQUELINE (Maynard) DELFINO

DELFINO, Jacqueline (Maynard) 1934 ~ 2020, 85, passed away peacefully August 6, 2020.  She was born December 22, 1934 in West Warwick, Rhode Island to Francis (Frank) and Frances Maynard. 

Jacqueline’s first job was at Centreville Bank, where met her husband, Philip Carlo Delfino.  She and Philip were married in November of 1955 and were married for 48 years.  For over 20 years, Jacqueline was an exceptionally valued and well-respected employee at Jewelry Concepts. She was a devoted mom to her three children, Linda, Patricia and Philip, Jr and beloved grandmother and great-grandmother. 

Jacqueline enjoyed going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, life’s simple pleasures, reading, going to the movies, fashion, and traveling.

Jacqueline is survived by her younger brother Leo (wife, Gail), her three children Linda Lyall, Patty Campanale (husband, Marco) and Philip, Jr. (wife, Elizabeth), 6 grandchildren, the late James LaPlume, Jr., Elizabeth LaPlume Preston, Shannon Delfino, Philip Delfino, Amanda Lyall and Brett Lyall and 6 great-grandchildren, Skylar Delfino, Brayden Delfino, Isabella Preston, Brooklyn Preston and Grayson Delfino.  She is the sister of the late Richard Maynard.

Please join us in celebrating her life on August 11, 2020 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd. (Rte.3), Coventry.  Due to COVID – 19 restrictions in place, her burial will be private for the family.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacqueline’s memory made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (StJude.org) would be appreciated.
