JANICE M. (CLARK) STRANG

JANICE M. STRANG, 73, of Coventry, passed away peacefully at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence on Friday, April 24, 2026.  Janice was the wife of 35 years to the late George L. Strang. 

Born in Warwick, Janice was the daughter of the late Gurdeon E. and Mary (Brown) Clark. 

Raised in Coventry, Janice was a proud graduate of Coventry High School. Always a bright mind and hard worker, Janice worked as an independent paralegal, helping many navigate the legal system for over twenty years. After her retirement, Janice enjoyed playing Sudoku, was a voracious reader, and she most recently learned to crochet. Above all, time spent with her family is what Janice loved most. She will truly be missed.  

She was the loving mother of Jaclyn Jacques (Justin Myers) and Darrin Jacques; loving grandmother of Emily, Hayden and Dylan. Janice was the sister of David Clark (Carol) and Joanne Clark. She was the loving aunt of Jennifer Machado (Luis) and is survived by one great-niece, one great-nephew, and one great-great-nephew. Janice also leaves behind many loving extended family members and longtime friends. 

Inurnment at Rathbun Cemetery, Coventry is respectfully private.
