JASON R. MARIETTI

MARIETTI, JASON R., 39, of Coventry, passed away after a tragic accident on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. He was the loving fiancé of Heather E. DeGraide.  

Born in Warwick, he was a son of Renzo and Doreen (Mouchon) Marietti. 

Born with a natural drive, Jason worked throughout his life. As a young man, he learnt the skills to become an apprentice electrician, all while attending Hendricken High School, Warwick, where he graduated in 2004. Jason went on to the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Science. 

Always on the move, Jason decided to pursue his original interest in the electrical trade and became a journeyman electrician. He worked for M. D’Andrea Electric for many years. Always an athlete, Jason played Hockey throughout his youth and high school career and loved snowboarding in the winters. In his spare time, Jason enjoyed time spent with his family and friends.

Besides his parents, Jason is survived by his loving siblings, Michael Marietti and Amanda Marietti. Loving uncle of Luca Marietti, Benjamin Chanco, and Jack Marietti. Devoted guardian of Gianna Dupuis, Jaylin Dupuis, and Mason Dupuis. Jason is also survived by his adoring grandmother, Rosemary Mouchon; godmother, Darlene Costa. He was the dear nephew of  Gregory and Paula Sinnott and Rodney Mouchon. 

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington Street (Route 117), Coventry, RI.  

Family and friends are invited to Jason’s Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM in Saint Joseph’s Church, 854 Providence Street, West Warwick.
