JOANN M. DASILVA

DaSilva, Joann M., passed away with her family by her side on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Kent County Hospital in Warwick, RI.  She was the beloved wife of Abel DaSilva for over forty seven years.

Born in Warwick, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha (Kennedy) Chauvette.

Joann was a true mother and grandmother through and through.  Her cooking and baking for her family was one

of her favorite pastime that will surely be missed, but the love she gave to her grandchildren was like no other.  They where her "everything".

Besides her husband she is survived by her cherished children; Joseph DaSilva and his wife Zoila; Melissa Lussier and her husband Glenn; and her beloved grandchildren;Brian, Arianna, Miles, Madison and Mason.  She was also the sister of Raymond Chauvette and the late Lisa Koczwanski.
