JOSEPH P. GERAGHTY II

GERAGHTY II, JOSEPH P., 50, of Warwick, passed away at home on Sunday, February 8, 2026.  

Born in Cranston, Joseph was a son of Joseph P. Geraghty and Kathleen A. Leary, both of Connecticut. 

Always having a natural talent for mechanics and a love of automobiles, Joseph worked as a skilled Autobody Technician at various Auto Body Shops throughout the region for many years. He loved the sport of Football and was a lifelong fan of the Minnesota Vikings. Above all, Joe was happiest when he was in the presence of his family and friends.   

Besides his mother and father, Joseph is survived by his loving sister, Yvonne Erica Aguiar, and her husband Nuno S. Aguiar, of Warwick, RI; his very close nephew, Aaryn T. Geraghty of Warwick, RI. He is also survived by his nieces, Katiryna Silva of Coventry, RI and Jade Silva of West Warwick, RI. Joseph is also survived by his loving aunts, Lousia Geraghty and Susan Geraghty, both of Coventry, RI.

Funeral services are respectfully private. Arrangements are by the Iannotti Funeral Home.
