SAN MARTINO, JOSEPHINE D., 92, formerly of Providence, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of 57 years to the late Joseph G. San Martino.

She also loved spending time at her residence in Vero Beach, FL, but above all, anytime she was with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, is what Josephine cherished most. This love for her family also extended itself to one special four legged member, her beloved cat, “Brett”. She was an avid reader, a jazz music aficionado, and she also liked watching football, always rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Josephine was the loving mother of Pam San Martino and Claire Rose and her husband, Henry Rose, Jr.; a grandson, Henry J. Rose III and his wife Meghan, and great grandchildren, Henry J. Rose IV and Stella M. Rose. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Erica Claire Rose. She was the sister of Marjorie Scaramuzzi of Sebastian, FL.
