KEITH BETTEZ Obituary

BETTEZ, KEITH A, 67, of Greenville and formerly of West Warwick, passed away at home with his wife and daughters by his side on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. 

 

He leaves his loving wife and soulmate, Barbara A. (Langshaw) Bettez.  Keith was the father of Michael Bettez and his wife Karolyn of Tacoma, WA, Samantha R. Bettez and Sophia P. Bettez, both at home.  He was the brother of Kenneth R. Bettez (wife Maria), Kevin Bettez (wife Joyce) all of West Warwick.  He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He also leaves behind his devoted Aunt Claudette, and her husband Paul. He will be missed by his faithful companions, Cosmo, Nash, Olivia and Mollie. Keith was the husband of the late Debra (Cherry) Bettez.   

 

 

Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Albert E. and Pauline R. (Frates) Bettez.  Keith was employed as a production manager for Leviton Manufacturing and retiring from Carbon Technology is 2015.  Previously, Keith was a Transportation Supervisor at General Dynamics, Electric Boat in North Kingstown.  In his retirement, he enjoyed camping, poolside family gatherings, and collecting cars.  Most recently, he was a parishioner of St. Philip Church in Greenville.  He was previously a parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in West Warwick for over 30 years.  

 

Due to the pandemic, there are no calling hours.  Funeral service will be at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick.  Arrangements by Iannotti Funeral Home at Maple Root, Coventry.  Flowers are respectfully omitted.  iannottifh.com.
