KEITHA SHAW Obituary

COVENTRY- Keitha A. Shaw, 73, of Coventry, and Hernando, FL, passed away peacefully, on September 1, 2021, at Roger Williams Hospital in Providence. She was the dear wife of the late Rene Desrosiers, who passed away on November 12, 2016.

Born on August 3, 1948 in Providence, Keitha was the only daughter born to the late Alfonso and Mary (McCall) Amore. She was raised in Providence and attended Providence Public Schools.

With a passion for helping and caring for people, Keitha spent a majority of her career working as a CNA in the healthcare profession. She also spent time employed as a Jewelry Assembler for Esposito Jewelry, Inc., in Cranston and she retired from CVS working in the customer service department.

In her spare time, Keitha enjoyed tinkering with her phone, often playing her favorite games. She also liked to challenge herself with crossword puzzles and watch her favorite TV shows which included Law & Order, Colombo, and anything mystery themed. Keitha loved spending time at the beach, particularly Roger Wheeler State Beach in Narragansett. Above all, Keitha cherished the time spent and memories made with her dear family and beloved Puggle, Chloe.

Keitha is survived by her 3 cherished daughters: Renee Warner and her husband Michael of Coventry, Christine Desrosiers and her partner Thomas of Providence, and Keitha Hess and her husband Patrick of Hernando, FL; her 4 grandchildren: Keitha-Ann Affolter and her husband Cody, Crystal Warner, Amber Rose Desrosiers, and Lauren Warner; her two great-grandchildren: Christina and Stephen Powers; her two siblings: Donald McCall and Wayne Amore and his wife Glenda; and her beloved dog, Chloe.
