KIMBERLY BISCEGLIO Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Kimberly (Fusco) Bisceglio, 56, of West Warwick, announces that she passed away in her home on June 18 th , 2021, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Kimberly was born on September 30, 1964 in Coventry, to Richard and Diane (Saccoccio) Fusco.

She went to Coventry High School and had a successful career working at Leviton Manufacturing for 13 years.  Kimberly was the devoted wife of Giacomo “Jack” Bisceglio Jr. of West Warwick for 35 wonderful years. Her passion was being the leader of the house, taking care of her husband, and two sons, Giacomo Bisceglio III and Domenic Bisceglio. She was an extraordinarily caring and passionate mother who loved her children deeply. Whether she was attending a football or baseball game, she was their biggest cheerleader and took great pride in their athletic, academic, and career accomplishments.

Kimberly enjoyed spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She was an expert chef, most known for her amazing gravy, pizza, meatballs, and famous spinach pies. Sunday dinners would feature many of these great dishes, which her family and friends loved and will deeply miss. Kim enjoyed a simple life. Some of her hobbies included exploring South County on the back of her husband Jack’s motorcycle, and going for scenic drives with their beloved dogs, Prince and Buddy. While Kimberly was an incredible wife, mother, chef, and friend, her true calling was being the most amazing “Nonna” to Giacomino, Giada, Giana, and Maddox. Her grandchildren were her entire world, and she absolutely loved playing, reading, cooking, and snuggling with them. These were some of the most joyous moments of her life.

Kimberly is lovingly survived by her husband, Jack, and their children Giacomo and Domenic, as well as her cherished stepdaughters, Jenifer and Nina Bisceglia. She will also be severely missed by her mother, Diane Fusco, sister, Kerri (Fusco) Joly, aunt, Lorraine (Saccoccio) Bramble, stepmother, Debra Furlong, niece, Joanne Di Carlo, and her beautiful daughters-in-law, Christina (Yidiaris) Bisceglio and Victoria McNamara. Her grandchildren Giacomo Bisceglio IV, Giada Rosina Bisceglio, Giana Taylor Bisceglia, and Maddox Jay Sboray, will always carry her memory in their hearts.

She is preceded in death by her beloved father, Richard Fusco Sr., brother, Richard Fusco Jr., mother-in- law, Rosa Bisceglio, father in-law, Giacomo Bisceglio Sr., and cherished cousin, Sherri (Bramble) Fallon.

The Bisceglio family would like to thank all the hospice staff at VNA of Care New England, especially Dorothy Coutard and Jessica Casey, for the extraordinary care they provided to Kimberly and her family during her final days.
