Lucas Greyson Palmer, beloved four month old son of Jennifer M. and Christina M. (Colafrancesco) Palmer of Cumberland, took his last breath and let go at his favorite place, Boston Children’s Hospital Rooftop Garden on Monday, August 5, 2024.
Lucas was born in Boston on Friday, March 22, 2024 with Congenital Heart Disease (HLHS), meaning half a heart. Lucas was a fighter and a Heart Warrior since birth. Known for his bright beautiful brown eyes, Lucas enjoyed being held by his parents and listening to his brother's voice.
In addition to his loving parents, Lucas is survived by his brother: Gavin Kenneth Palmer; grandparents: Sandra Colafrancesco of West Greenwich, Kimberly Peckham of Cumberland and James Palmer of Coventry; great-grandparents: Harriet Laboissonniere, Tomoko Palmer and Robert and Kathleen Peckham; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 4 PM - 7 PM in The Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington Street, Route #117, Coventry, Rhode Island.
