LYSE MARIE (DUPONT) GIGUERE

GIGUERE, LYSE M. (DUPONT) 79, of Youngs Avenue, West Warwick, passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. She was the wife of Andre Giguere for 60 years. Born in Quebec, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Therese (Helie) Dupont.

Lyse was employed as an assembler in the manufacturing industry for many years before retiring. She later was the proprietor of a child care service. She enjoyed arts and crafts; but mostly being a caring and much involved Memere’ to her several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was the mother of Donna M. Turgeon and her husband Leo of West Warwick, Raymond G. Giguere of Florida, and the late Robert P. Giguere. Lyse was predeceased by her grandson Nicholas P. Giguere (Erin) of Poughkeepsie, NY in October 2020. Lyse was the sister of Roger Dupont (Nicole) of Trois-Rivieres, Canada and Hugette Crete of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
